PREPRODUCTION - CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT

From the idea to the key-concepts, we will help you formalize your ideas and your goals.
We can help you define your backlog, detailed the must-have behaviours that your project must include. To do so we will analyse the similar competitor and make recommendations based on the last state of the art practices.

PREPRODUCTION - DETAILED FEATURES

Once the ideas and the goals are clear you need to get your basic covered. From the back-office technical must-have or the proper business analytics that you can’t add later  because later is too late. You don’t have to think about everything. We will help you define all the small details you need in the backlog. This doc will clarify the scope of the project.

Once we know the what. We need to define the how. We need to select the proper technology. Because we want to focus our time to bring features that make sense to your project without re-inventing the wheel. We have to select the propers Apis, Cloud Services and third party libraries that will take into consideration your budget and your timeline. Here we define the architecture of your software, we study the hosting constraints, and we define the proper strategies to handle the interactions between the different layers.

What message you want to communicate. How do you want your user to interact with the application or  the website.  Our team of designer will discuss with you about your  needs and transform them into icons, colours, logos, layouts that will please your eyes and the eyes of your consumers.

PRODUCTION

Get the product owner involved and be agile. This is our credo. To do that, we  deliver through a Scrum workflow based on sprints (short iterations). On each iterations you have access to some features of the application. You define the priorities. We release early and often, so if some changes has to be made for  your MVP (Minimum Viable Product) you can take the decision and see the effect of those decisions on the product.

TESTS

The proper tests for the proper situation.
Unit Test for development, Integration tests for the main features, device coverage tests (mobile fragmentation, web-responsive and browser compatibility) The  tests are applied continuously during the whole project lifecycle. And at the end of the production a  specific time period is allocated to validate that the release candidate passes all expected behaviours and is ready for shipping.
